Sana is an Indian model and actress who has won the winning trophy of Big Boss OTT Season 3. Sana has worked in Hindi television and also in Telugu and Tamil films. Also, she is popularly known for her role as Dr Aliya Kothari in the supernatural Drama Vish on Colours TV.

She has debuted in the Telugu film Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya. She also emerged as the semifinalist in the stunt-based show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 11.

In 2009, Sana appeared in MTV Scooty Teen Diva. She appeared in the musical series “Ishan: Sapno ko Awaaz De” which was produced by Red Chillies Entertainment. Sana played the role of Lavanya Kashyap in “ Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?” on StarPlus.

She also played the role of Rhea Mukherjee in “Arjun” opposite Shaleen Malhotra. She also participated in the Femina Miss India Pageant and won the “Miss Femina Beautiful Smile”. In 2014, she made her debut in filmography with the Telugu movie Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya and adopted the screen name Sana Maqbool.

She then signed for the crime thriller in Tamil known as “Rangoon”, which broadened her presence in the South Film Industry. She also worked with Vishal Vashistha in Colours TV in the popular show Vish. Sana was also seen in several music videos. She appeared in the music video “Psycho” with Dev Negi and  “Khelegi Kya?” featuring Gajendra Varma.

Sana was also a part of the Mumbai Warriors team in the first season and was seen in the Chennai Swaggers team in the Box Cricket League in its second season. In the year 2020, she starred in “Gallan” and in 2022, she was seen in “Ek Tu Hi To Hai” which was performed by Stebin Ben.

In 2021, she emerged as the semifinalist from the well-known stunt-based show called Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 11” which was filmed in Cape Town. She became extremely popular after participating in the Bigg Boss Ott season 3 and became a winner of the Bigg Boss House in 2024.
